What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance and lifespan
- Install, replace, and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Evaluate system efficiency and recommend energy-saving solutions
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship
What We're Looking For
7+ years of hands-on HVAC service, repair, and installation experience
Clean New York State Driver's License
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, troubleshooting, and safety procedures
Ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues
Professional attitude with a customer-first approach
