We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Financial Recovery & Homeowner Solutions Manager to lead our mortgage servicing default operations. This key leadership role oversees collections, delinquency management, loss mitigation, homeowner assistance programs, bankruptcy administration, foreclosure oversight, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate combines strong mortgage servicing expertise with proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. This individual will be responsible for minimizing credit losses, improving borrower retention, preserving homeownership whenever possible, and protecting investor interests throughout the delinquency lifecycle.

As a hands-on leader, the Financial Recovery & Homeowner Solutions Manager will oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure compliance with investor guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Success in this role requires balancing financial recovery objectives with borrower-focused solutions while promoting operational excellence, effective risk management, and high-quality service.

The successful candidate will drive measurable improvements in collections and delinquency resolution, strengthen loss mitigation and home preservation outcomes, maintain strong regulatory and investor compliance, and build a high-performing team committed to financial recovery and exceptional service.
