The Carpenter will support residential and commercial construction, renovation and remodeling, and custom woodworking projects. Reporting to the general contractor, this role will contribute primarily to interior finishing, installation, and punch-list work, with regular local travel between job sites.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Measure and prepare materials accurately.
• Perform wood framing and finish carpentry.
• Install doors, trim, and related fixtures.
• Complete installation and punch-list work.
• Maintain carpentry tools and equipment.
• Follow job-site safety requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of carpentry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
