Job Description The Reserves Network is seeking experienced Fabricator/Welders to join a growing manufacturing team in Chillicothe, Ohio. In this role, you will support an Automation Department by performing welding, fabrication, and assembly work while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and accuracy. If you have hands-on welding and fabrication experience and are looking for a consistent four-day work week, this could be a great opportunity for you. What You'll Do

• Perform welding and fabrication according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components used in automation applications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and specifications.
• Operate welding equipment and a variety of hand and power tools.
• Inspect completed work to ensure proper fit, quality, and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Work with team members to meet quality and production goals.

What You'll Need

• Previous welding and fabrication experience required.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings.
• Experience using welding equipment, fabrication tools, and hand/power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM.
