Job Requirements:
- Positive attitude
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Must be a craftsman of our trade
- Professional appearance
- Excellent Communicator
- Desire to learn, grow, and be the best in our industry
- Learn and follow the Aire Serv systems for installation
- Proficient at installing HVAC equipment for Residential and Light Commercial Air Conditioning Systems
- Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record
- Clean criminal record with NO FELONIES
- Drug Free
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Able to work in a team environment

- Qualified candidates will be scheduled for a phone interview
- Upon a successful phone interview, candidates will be scheduled for an in-person interview
- All candidates will be asked to complete several skills assessments
- FIT Interview(s) with team members (to determine how you fit into our culture)
- Final Interview with Owner or Operations Manager
