Journeyman Plumber - Lead Service Technician

$30-$35 per hour Full-Time Monday-Friday

Esser Plumbing & Heating is looking for an experienced plumber to join our Plumbing Service team in Perham, MN. If you enjoy figuring things out, take pride in doing the job right, and like the variety of service work, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing problems in homes and businesses.
- Installing and servicing water heaters, water softeners, fixtures, piping, drains, sump pumps, and other plumbing systems.
- Troubleshooting leaks, clogs, pressure problems, and equipment failures.
- Working directly with customers to explain problems and recommend practical solutions.
- Completing quality work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plumbing codes.
- Providing guidance to apprentices or helpers when assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Journeyman plumbing licensure or equivalent qualifying experience, including advanced apprentices nearing journeyman certification.
- Hands-on plumbing experience, preferably in service, repair, or remodeling.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service skills and pride in quality workmanship.
- A valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
