Job description
Turn Your Mechanical Skills into a Career in Commercial HVAC!
Are you an auto mechanic or mechanically inclined technician looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems but want to work in one location, earn a better salary, and build a long-term career?
We're looking for someone just like you.
We'll teach you the HVAC trade-from the basics of commercial HVAC repair to advanced troubleshooting, installation, boilers, cooling towers, and more. If you're comfortable using a multimeter, diagnosing problems, and working with your hands, we'll teach you the rest.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll become part of our in-house HVAC and Maintenance Team, maintaining our privately owned commercial properties throughout Philadelphia.
We manage over one million square feet of commercial real estate, including:
- Office buildings
- Medical offices
- Schools
- Community facilities
- Commercial spaces
No two days are exactly the same. One day you may be troubleshooting an RTU, the next repairing a cooling tower, servicing a boiler, or helping maintain one of our fleet vehicles.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in fixing things the right way.
What We Offer
$70,000-$80,000+ per year (based on experience)
Paid Vacation
Paid Sick Time
Annual Performance Bonus
Annual Raises
401(k) with 4% Company Match
Monday-Friday Schedule (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Why Make the Change?

We'll help you grow your skills while working on commercial HVAC systems and building equipment that keep our properties running every day.
