Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder with proven experience using foot pedal-controlled TIG welding equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience welding stainless steel and aluminum, reading blueprints, and producing high-quality precision welds in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel components
• Utilize foot pedal amperage control to produce high-quality welds
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
• Weld thin-gauge and precision fabricated parts

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience
• Experience using foot pedal-controlled TIG welding machines
• Ability to weld stainless steel and aluminum
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Ability to pass a hands-on TIG weld test

Preferred

• AWS Welding Certification
• Fabrication experience
• MIG welding experience
• Experience with sanitary, food-grade, or precision welds
• Experience working with thin-gauge materials

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a hands-on TIG welder who can confidently control weld heat and penetration using a foot pedal while producing clean, precise welds on stainless steel and aluminum products. Candidates with only MIG welding experience will not be considered.
