Looking for an experienced Commercial Journeyman Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in commercial buildings
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
- Respond to service calls and emergency plumbing situations in a timely manner.
- Install, repair, and replace pipes, valves, water heaters, pumps, backflow devices, and plumbing fixtures.
- Perform drain cleaning, leak detection, and preventive maintenance services.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing drawings.
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify code compliance issues.
- Prepare accurate service reports, work orders, and material lists.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customers and supervisors.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Skills
- Experience with commercial water, sewer, gas, and drainage systems.
- Knowledge of backflow testing and prevention systems.
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
- Familiarity with digital work order and dispatch software.
