• JSON/XML payloads and field mapping
• Integration error handling and troubleshooting
• Ability to work with technical teams on integration requirements
• Sales Order Shipment Request Pick/Pack Ship Confirmation
• Inventory synchronization
• Shipment and receipt confirmation
• Transfer Order integration
• Exception and retry handling
• Oracle Fusion OM - order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, scheduling, shipping and invoicing
• RMA - return orders, return types, receiving, inspection, disposition, credit/refund flows
• Order-to-Cash (O2C) process knowledge
• Sales Orders, Transfer Orders, Back-to-Back Orders and Drop Ship
• Order orchestration and fulfillment lines
