We're looking for an additional mechanic with solid skills and a good attitude. Being dependable and easy to work with matters here. Cars can be difficult enough; getting along with the people in the shop shouldn't be.
Your main work will be preparing vehicles for sale and handling warranty repairs after the sale. You'll work mainly on 5-15-year-old Chevrolet, Ford, Honda, Nissan, and Toyota vehicles. Maybe even a classic car or two. We rarely stock anything European.
A normal day might include oil changes, brakes, shocks, struts, and motor mounts. We keep lighter repairs in-house and want to keep jobs moving without cutting corners. We finance vehicles ourselves, so we have a real interest in getting them right before the customer drives away. Details matter.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m., with a one-hour lunch. Saturday work is available under certain circumstances. You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Our shop has Titan flooring, two bays, an office, and two bathrooms. We provide uniforms, offer PTO after a probation period, and are willing to help with continued training. We're easygoing, but we care about the work.
We pay hourly $18-$24 per hour depending on experience. We have monthly Google review pool bonuses, and Christmas bonuses. You'll need to supply your own tools.
