Senior IT Manager - Digital Strategy, Data & AI Enablement

DUTIES: Lead digital strategy, enterprise data enablement, and AI initiatives across commercial and technology platforms for company's Digital Commerce platform, which supports credit card payments, taxes, purchase orders, customer-specific pricing, invoicing, order placement, and shipping to facilitate the global availability of life-saving medical devices to vendors, hospitals, and patients. Oversee the evaluation, prioritization, and implementation of AI-driven solutions leveraging cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake), while leading the technical delivery of the enterprise-wide eCommerce solution on SAP Commerce Cloud, including driving architectural design, defining solution architecture and integration patterns using APIs and microservices, and ensuring system interoperability, scalability, security, and compliance with medical industry standards. Manage direct reports and cross-functional technical teams to deliver scalable digital and AI-enabled solutions, coordinate all IT workstreams, oversee system-to-system data flows, manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budget allocations, and partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, and internal and external stakeholders to assess technical feasibility, manage product governance, and align priorities with business objectives. Apply Agile, Lean, and User-Centered Design methodologies, monitor project progress by evaluating software releases for technical accuracy and integration compatibility, lead validation and QA efforts, and prepare technical documentation, risk mitigation plans, and executive-level status summaries. May require to travel/telecommute. Will supervise two (2) employees (Sr. Digital Product Manager, Data Enablement and Technical Project Manager, AI Solutions). REQUIREMENTS: Employer requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field plus a minimum of 8 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include: 1) Cloud Platform Architecture (AWS); 2) Agile Software Development Methodologies; 3) Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Concepts (Model Lifecycle, Governance, Deployment); 4) Data Warehousing & Analytics Platforms (SQL-based systems); 5) Product Management; 6) Scrum Certification (Certified Scrum Professional CSP).
