We are looking for a dependable and professional Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position focuses on preventative maintenance of residential heating systems, including gas furnaces, boilers, and fuel oil systems.
Responsibilities- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Clean, inspect, and maintain heating equipment
- Check equipment operation and efficiency
- Document maintenance findings and recommendations
- Maintain a clean and professional work area
- Stay on schedule and complete appointments efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with homeowners
- HVAC maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of residential heating systems
