Job description
Analyze existing cloud platforms, identity services, enterprise applications, and related business processes to identify system gaps, integration needs, and opportunities for improvement.
Consult with business and technical stakeholders to understand operational objectives and document functional, technical, and access-control requirements.
Translate requirements into system specifications, workflow diagrams, integration requirements, and recommendations for system enhancements.
Evaluate proposed system designs, upgrades, and technology solutions against business needs, security requirements, and compatibility with existing systems.
Assess authentication, authorization, privileged-access, and non-human identity workflows, and recommend improvements to how systems manage access.
Where applicable, analyze the integration of AI-enabled applications or agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources, including their identity and access requirements.
Coordinate with implementation teams, support integration and user-acceptance testing, and validate that system changes meet documented requirements.
Prepare system documentation and present findings, solution options, and recommendations to stakeholders.
