The ideal candidate has experience with light to mid-gauge steel fabrication and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Be Doing As a MIG Welder, your core responsibilities will include:
- MIG Welding: Perform MIG welding on 11-16 gauge steel tubing.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
- Equipment Setup: Set up and adjust welding equipment according to material specifications.
- Quality Standards: Ensure welds meet required quality, strength, and appearance standards.
- Weld Inspection: Inspect finished welds and make corrections as needed.
- Production: Maintain consistent production output throughout the shift.
- Safety: Follow established safety and quality procedures.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Previous MIG welding experience required.
- 1 year of professional welding experience preferred; hobby welding experience will be considered.
- Experience welding 11-16 gauge steel tubing preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and metal properties.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- MIG Welding: Proficiency with MIG welding processes.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to accurately follow blueprints and weld symbols.
- Tube Welding & Fabrication: Experience working with steel tubing and fabrication processes.
- Quality Inspection: Ability to inspect and measure completed welds for accuracy and quality.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on producing consistent, quality work.
- Hand-Eye Coordination: Ability to maintain accuracy and control throughout the welding process.
- 4-day workweek, Monday-Thursday.
