We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team working on a variety of projects including commercial construction, residential construction, renovation, and remodeling. The ideal candidate will have experience in framing, decking, finish work, and be comfortable working within small teams across multiple job sites, occasionally requiring travel.
Responsibilities
- Perform woodworking, cutting, and assembly of materials
- Install and finish flooring, trim, framing, and decking
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation
- Handle hand and power tools proficiently
- Measure and interpret project plans accurately
- Conduct maintenance and repair tasks as needed
- Collaborate effectively within small teams on diverse project sites
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional carpentry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in framing, decking, and finish work
- Valid drivers license
- Must be able to work alone and proficiently
