MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN - entry level willing to train
Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM-11:00 AM

Alliance Workforce Solutions is hiring for a growing sheet metal fabrication company in Pompano Beach!
We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and willing to learn. You don't need years of experience - we're open to candidates with hands-on experience in areas such as:
• Automotive
• Boats/marine
• Mechanical work
• Construction
• Maintenance
• Working with tools or machinery
What We're Looking For
️ At least 6 months of hands-on experience
️ Comfortable using basic hand tools
️ Good mechanical aptitude
️ Dependable and willing to learn
️ Able to follow instructions
️ High School Diploma or GED required
What You'll Do
• Assist with mechanical and fabrication work
• Use hand and power tools
• Assemble and adjust components
• Help troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Work with a team to get the job done
