We are looking for a hardworking Carpenter Helper to assist our lead crew with rough framing, exterior siding, window installations, and roofing. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who is comfortable on a job site and eager to grow their skills in the trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead carpenters with daily tasks in rough framing, siding, window installation, and roofing.
• Load, unload, and stage building materials (lumber, shingles, siding, and tools) safely.
• Measure, cut, and hold materials in place for the lead crew.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by clearing debris and hazards.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Some prior experience or basic knowledge of framing, siding, windows, or roofing is strongly preferred.
• Must be comfortable working at heights (roofs, ladders, scaffolding).
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and perform basic construction math.
• Strong physical stamina to lift 50+lbs and work on your feet in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from various local job sites.
