CARPENTER

Pay: $23-$24
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift 7:00am - 5:30pm
Location: Westminster, CO

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join a custom carpentry and woodworking team. This position will be responsible for building, assembling, installing, and finishing custom wood products and structures. The ideal candidate has hands-on carpentry experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work from drawings, measurements, and project specifications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry work on custom projects
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
• Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment safely and efficiently
• Build and install cabinets, trim, doors, framing, fixtures, and other custom components
• Perform sanding, routing, drilling, fastening, and other woodworking tasks
• Ensure finished work meets quality, fit, and appearance standards
• Inspect materials and completed work for accuracy and defects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow project specifications, production schedules, and safety procedures
• Work independently while also collaborating with other carpenters and team members

Qualifications

• Previous carpentry, woodworking, or construction experience
• Ability to accurately measure and perform basic math
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to read basic blueprints, drawings, or shop plans
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift materials and work on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality

Preferred Experience

• Custom woodworking or finish carpentry
• Cabinet installation or fabrication
• Trim and millwork
• Furniture or custom fixture construction
• Experience working from detailed drawings or specifications
• Experience with table saws, miter saws, routers, sanders, drills, and other woodworking equipment
