Workify Staffing is seeking experienced Structural Welders for a long-term project in Ohio. This is a great opportunity for skilled welders looking for steady work, competitive pay, and daily per diem. Position Overview: Structural Welders will perform welding and fabrication work on structural steel while following project specifications, drawings, and safety requirements. Responsibilities:

• Perform structural steel welding and fabrication
• Weld in multiple positions as required
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
• Perform fit-up and layout as needed
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
• Follow all project and jobsite safety requirements
• Work efficiently as part of a construction crew

Qualifications:

• Previous structural welding experience required
• Strong knowledge of structural steel welding
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Comfortable completing a weld test if required
• Must have appropriate welding PPE and tools
• Must be dependable and able to commit to the full 6 to 8 month project

Compensation:

• Up to $35/hour DOE
• $178/day per diem
• Long-term 6 to 8 month project
• Expected to start in approximately 2 weeks
