Event Installers - Drivers/Laborers

We are hiring dependable, reliable, and loyal Event Installers to support corporate events, weddings and private events, trade shows and exhibitions, and festivals. This hands-on role involves driving, loading and unloading equipment, installing event rentals, providing customer service, and maintaining company property. Installers work independently and in pairs or groups, with local day trips, frequent multi-day travel, regional overnight travel, and consistent travel as needed. This is a physically demanding position requiring a willingness to work long days and pitch in wherever needed, with opportunities to advance to Lead Installer.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks and transport event equipment to and from job sites.
• Load and unload tents, furniture, games, inflatables, lighting, decor, custom elements, and other rental equipment.
• Install and dismantle equipment for corporate events, weddings, private events, trade shows, exhibitions, concerts, and festivals.
• Provide professional customer service at event locations.
• Prepare customer orders and process returned equipment.
• Manage inventory, catalog equipment, and maintain organized warehouse storage.
• Clean and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and work areas.
• Perform equipment and vehicle maintenance and support PC updates and troubleshooting as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Communication Skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in event installation and logistics.
• Experience driving commercial vehicles, box trucks, and towing trailers.
• Experience installing event equipment and working with tents, furniture, games, inflatables, lighting, decor, or custom elements.
• Warehouse operations and inventory management experience.
• Experience using power tools, forklifts, or scissor lifts, including relevant certifications.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks.
• PC troubleshooting experience, including software installation, configuration, updates, and problem-solving.
• Physical strength and experience performing general labor or other physically demanding work.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently or in a group.
