Welder Pay: $18+ Depending on Experience

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join a growing manufacturing team. The Welder will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling metal components according to blueprints, drawings, and job specifications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with MIG and/or TIG welding equipment, using hand and power tools, and performing quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards. Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and other welding processes as required
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications
• Weld and fabricate metal components and structures
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials accurately
• Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
• Use grinders, saws, drills, and other fabrication tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

• Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and measurements
• Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment
• Must be dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Welding test may be required
