We are currently expanding and looking for hard-working carpenters to join our team for large-scale, wood-framed projects. Whether you are already Union or looking to make the jump, if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to be compensated appropriately, we want to talk to you. The Pay & Union Benefits:
- Typical Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (40-hour work week, occasional overtime)
- High Base Hourly Pay: $23.25 - $46.50 (Depending on experience and benefits allocation)
- Total Package Value: $41.31 - $68.41 per hour
- Journeyman Union Scale: $46.50/hour + Health, Dental, Defined Contribution, HRA dollar bank, worker wellness program, and Pension.

- Bonuses: Job bonuses available.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Ideal applicants have at least two years of recent wood framing experience (we are hiring all levels, from Apprentice to Journeyman).
- Location: Must live within a 55-mile radius of the Twin Cities Metro Area (opportunities to travel to out-state jobs for those willing).
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute to local job sites.
- Union Status: You do NOT need to be Union to apply-just a good carpenter! We provide training for all of our new hires.
- Character: Dependable (more reliable than spontaneous), trainable (respects the process), and a positive attitude.
