What you will do:
- Solve complex issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2
- Design and manage networks for performance and security
- Administer systems including patching, backups, recovery, and monitoring
- Lead client projects such as migrations, installations, and deployments
- Build strong client relationships and recommend smart solutions
- Document environments with diagrams, configurations, and procedures
- Mentor technicians and elevate team capability
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory standards
- Provide emergency support including after-hours when needed
- Problem Solving and Projects: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and manage IT projects from start to finish
- RMM and PSA Tools: Hands-on experience with NinjaRMM and ticketing systems such as Autotask PSA, ServiceNow, or Zendesk
- Systems Expertise: Strong proficiency with Windows and Linux servers, VMware or Hyper V, and cloud platforms including Azure and AWS
- Networking and Security: Solid understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, cybersecurity best practices, and monitoring tools like SolarWinds or Auvik
- Minimum 5 years in IT support with at least 2 years in a senior or Level 3 role
- MSP experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Valid driver's license required
- Occasional travel to client locations
- Onsite and remote work based on client needs
