Job Description Job Description ASME Welders and Fitter Welders for 1st and 2nd Shift : $24 - $32 per hour : 2nd shift has a $2.00 shift differential : Offers are based on experience. Fitter Welders are on the higher end from $28 - $32 per hour. Respective Shift Hours are the same as the above mentioned for the other roles. We are seeking candidates who have at the very least 3-5 years of experience welding. The primary welding techniques are MIG and Flux Core.

WELD TEST is comprised of a downhill MIG stringer and an uphill flux fil and cap. It's done in 3G and they are welding a half inch plate. It is a bend test. When you come in to test, you must present ready to test with their hood, gloves, safety glasses, and safety shoes on. Their shop is not climate controlled; however, they have an excellent safety specialist who makes sure that their people are well taken care of in the heat and the cold.
