Position: Administrative Services Managers
Type:Contract
Compensation:$70-$110/hour
Location:Remote
Duration:4-6 weeks
Commitment:20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated office operations plans, facilities and vendor management documents, and records-management procedures for quality and accuracy.
- Compare AI-generated responses based on operational soundness, policy compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Review administrative scenarios involving budgeting, procurement, space planning, support-services staffing, and process improvement. Provide expert feedback.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4+ years of experience as an Administrative Services Manager, Office Manager, Facilities Manager, Administrative Director, Business Operations Manager, or another closely related administrative management role.
- Experience planning, directing, or coordinating an organization's supportive services, such as recordkeeping, mail distribution, facilities planning and maintenance, procurement, and other office support services.
- Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
- Strong written English communication skills.

Compensation & Legal
- Task-based payment upon first task approval. Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
