Title: HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician
Location: Bishop, CA
Schedule: $35-55hr
Pay: 7am -5:30pm 4 days a week

Day to Day
- Primarily residential HVAC - heating and air conditioning is the core focus
- Also touches refrigeration, solar, fire sprinklers, water heaters/plumbing, and small residential boilers (not licensed for large commercial boilers)
- Service area spans 90 miles north/south of the shop, occasionally into Nevada
Mix of new construction and retrofit work ( 70-80% existing homes/businesses) - Handles 5-8 calls/day
- Works independently in the field
- Direct homeowner interaction - updates, walkthroughs, setting expectations
No selling, upselling, or payment collection
