Job Duties
Service and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and service at various customer locations
Perform site surveys and move out inspections as well as repairs needed.
Accurately communicate and discuss work performed with customer and internal management.
Turn in all reports/invoicing/service tickets in a timely manner.
Nights/weekend on call rotation currently about one a month.
Even mix of new/billable service as well as PM turnover and repairs.
Requirements:The perfect candidate would have a minimum of five years' experience in providing quality commercial and industrial service and maintenance to a wide range of facility equipment.
