HVAC BAS Commissioning & Service Technologist

Do you bring Niagara stations to life? Can you stand up Distech controllers, tweak GFX programs, and calm an errant humidity loop before the client finishes describing the problem? Join our expanding service team supporting customers throughout Michigan.

What you'll tackle

• Commissioning and start up: program, bring online, and validate building automation and HVAC control systems for ventilation, heating, cooling, humidity control, and energy management.
• Service and optimization: diagnose faults, repair controls and related HVAC equipment, and tune sequences for performance and efficiency.
• Customer partnership: deliver dependable, professional on site support and clear communication.

What you bring

• 3-5 years of experience with HVAC controls or BAS in commercial environments.
• Hands on with Facility Explorer / CCT.
• Distech controller experience with GFX programming.
• Niagara platform proficiency (EC Net, WEBs, Lynxspring, Vykon, or similar).
• Honeywell controls background a plus.
• Ability to read/update drawings using DraftSight and Microsoft Visio.
• Integration experience with commercial HVAC systems, including rooftops.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both control systems and HVAC equipment.
• Own set of hand tools and a clean driving record.
• OSHA 10 hour training certification preferred.

Where you'll work

On site across the Michigan area, supporting a diverse mix of facilities.

Pay

$45-$55 per hour, flexible based on experience and skills.
