We're hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Duct Lead Technician to guide installation crews and help deliver high-quality duct systems from layout through completion.

This is a hands-on position for someone who understands HVAC ductwork, can confidently read plans, and knows how to keep a crew organized and productive. You'll be trusted to help solve field challenges, maintain workmanship standards, and keep projects moving.

Your Role

You'll oversee duct crews while remaining actively involved in installations. The position includes interpreting blueprints, laying out duct systems, fabricating and installing sheet metal and flex duct, sealing and insulating systems to specification, and identifying airflow or installation problems.

You'll work closely with supervisors and other trades to coordinate projects, maintain safety standards, and ensure work is completed correctly and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional HVAC ductwork experience

• Strong duct layout and installation skills

• Experience with sheet metal and flex duct systems

• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings

• Knowledge of SMACNA standards and local codes

• Previous lead, foreman, or crew leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Valid driver's license

• EPA Certification is a plus
