What You'll Earn
- $28.00-$31.00 per hour
- Up to 100% rent discount
- Shared renewal commissions, paid monthly
- $300 Morgan Essentials, paid quarterly
- $15/day on-call appreciation pay

- Lead by example: Inspire and mentor a dedicated team built on trust and accountability.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Plan maintenance, manage repairs, and allocate resources proactively.
- Be the go-to person: Keep residents, your team, and other departments informed and happy.
- Run a tight ship: Oversee work orders, schedules, inventory, budgets, and records.
- Take pride in your work: Deliver professional, high-quality service every day.
- 3-5 years of managerial experience at an apartment community
- Proven leadership in service or maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organization
- A passion for customer service
- Valid driver's license
- Must live within a 30-minute commute of the property
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred
