- $27.00-$29.00/hour base pay
- Up to 50% off your rent
- Shared renewal commissions with the property team

- $15/day on-call pay

- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Paid rotating on-call (you'll build the team's schedule, and you're paid for it)
- Schedule may flex with business needs
- Lead, train, and mentor a maintenance team
- Be the go-to expert for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior, and appliance repair
- Build the on-call, preventive maintenance, make-ready, and work order schedules
- Manage maintenance inventory and supplies
- Inspect buildings and vacant units to keep standards high and the community compliant
- Partner with the Service Manager on priorities and projects
- Step up when emergencies hit, like snow, ice, or urgent on-site issues
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- 2-4 years of related experience, or a one-year certificate plus experience
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification (preferred)
- A "whatever it takes" attitude and a passion for developing people
