What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
- Manage daily sales floor activity and deal flow
- Work deals and assist with closing business
- Drive sales performance, follow-up, and accountability
- Support recruiting and training as the team grows
- Work closely with Finance and dealership leadership
- Help deliver a professional, customer-focused buying experience
Who We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of Automotive Sales Manager experience
- Automotive Finance experience
- Experience with CDK, Dealer Track, E-Leads, and VinQ preferred
- Proven automotive sales experience with leadership potential
- Strong deal-working and closing skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Organized, competitive, and results-driven
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
