General Laborer

The General Laborer will support construction sites by assisting with site preparation, equipment operation, material handling, cleanup, and waste removal. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role requires frequent local travel and offers a pathway to advancement as a Lead Laborer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites for daily operations.
• Operate equipment as directed and in accordance with safety procedures.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized worksites.
• Remove and dispose of waste and debris.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in general labor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating hand tools and power tools.
• Understanding of worksite safety practices.
• Physical stamina for construction-site work.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions.
