- Assist with renovations, buildouts, tenant improvements, and capital projects.
- Respond professionally and promptly to resident and tenant plumbing service requests.
- Communicate clearly with property managers and tenants regarding plumbing issues, recommended solutions, and expected repairs.
- Complete work in occupied residential and commercial spaces while maintaining a clean, professional work environment.
- Minimize disruption to residents, tenants, and building operations whenever possible.
- Maintain accurate documentation of completed work, materials used, repairs, and recommended follow-up.
- Maintain an organized inventory of plumbing tools, parts, and commonly used materials.
- Coordinate with outside plumbing contractors when specialized work or additional manpower is required.
- Obtain or coordinate required permits when applicable.
- Identify opportunities to reduce water waste, recurring plumbing issues, and maintenance costs.
- Follow all applicable plumbing and building codes, safety requirements, and Company policies.

- Experience with water heaters, sump pumps, ejector pumps, backflow prevention, sewer and drain systems, and circulating systems.
- Experience working with galvanized, copper, and cast-iron piping.
- Experience responding to plumbing emergencies and after-hours calls.
- OSHA or other relevant safety training.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), work-order systems, or property management software.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
- A stable, in-house position with a stable property management organization.
