H2O PRO Plumbing is looking for an experienced Service Plumber to join our growing team in Richmond, Virginia.

We're a locally owned plumbing company built around a straightforward idea: take care of the customer, do quality work, communicate clearly, and take ownership of the job.

We're looking for an experienced plumber who knows the trade, enjoys solving problems, communicates well with customers, and takes pride in doing things the right way. We want great technicians, not high pressure salespeople.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose residential and commercial plumbing problems
• Perform plumbing service, repair, and replacement work
• Clearly explain findings and repair options to customers
• Provide customers with appropriate options and allow them to make the decision that works best for them
• Prepare estimates and maintain accurate job notes, photographs, and documentation in Jobber
• Take ownership of jobs from diagnosis through completion
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment and company vehicle
• Communicate effectively with customers, the office, and other technicians
• Participate in the company's on-call rotation
• Follow H2O PRO's safety, quality, and customer-service standards

What We're Looking For

• Professional plumbing service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Virginia plumbing license and certifications preferred; compensation reflects qualifications and experience
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of service plumbing, including working in crawlspaces and confined areas, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and carrying plumbing tools, equipment, and materials
• Comfortable using mobile technology for dispatching, estimates, photographs, and job documentation
• Professional appearance and communication
• Dependability, accountability, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team
