We're seeking skilled Journeyman Plumbers to join our team and work on exciting commercial and industrial projects, including healthcare facilities, data centers, schools, manufacturing plants, and large-scale developments across DFW.

What You'll Do
- Install commercial plumbing systems on new construction and renovation projects
- Work with domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and natural gas systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
- Troubleshoot installation issues and maintain project quality standards
- Coordinate with project teams, inspectors, and other trades
- Follow all safety requirements and maintain a clean jobsite
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas Journeyman Plumber License
- 3+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience
- Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and applicable codes
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on healthcare, industrial, educational, manufacturing, or data center projects
- OSHA and commercial construction safety knowledge
- Leadership experience or desire to grow into supervisory roles
