Job description
Journeyman Plumber - Join a Family and Veteran-Owned Company that Values Your Time
We know good plumbers have many options. We also know that a good job should support your life, not become your entire life.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can think on their feet, and is comfortable handling service calls independently. In return. we offer a workplace where you're trusted to do your job, treated like person instead of a number, and encouraged to get home for dinner and spend time with your family.
What we are looking for:
The right candidate will have:
- Journeyman plumbing license for the State of MN
- Valid driver's license
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
- Good communication and people skills - you will be working directly with customers in their homes and businesses
- Professional, dependable, and respectful attitude
- Availability to participate in rotating service-call schedule
Work Hard. Go Home.
There will be busy days. There will be service calls and opportunitues for overtime. But our philosophy is simple: do great work, take care of our customers, take care of eachother, and go home to your family.
Boevaag Plumbing, Inc has been serving the Twin Cities for the last 20 years and believes in a good work/life balance. Here, our employees are not just a number but a part of a family. We primarily work on new home construction, remodels and service work.
We do not expect you to know everything. We do expect you to be someone who can assess a problem, think it through, communicate with the customer, and take initiative to complete the job.
We want someone who builds a connection with the customer - our goal isn't just to complete a service call - it's to earn a customer for life.
You'll be taken to the employer's application page.
