Junior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst for a contract position working onsite at our Austin, Texas client. Responsibilities include: Elicit and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Facilitate stakeholder meetings and capture decisions and action items Map current - and future - state processes Support design, configuration, and testing of Microsoft Power Platform solutions Use AI tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to draft documentation, summarize meetings, and analyze data Work with technical teams on AWS-hosted solutions Run UAT, track defects, and support sprint planning in an Agile environment Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 2 + years of experience as a Business Analyst • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Platform, or other Microsoft low-code tools • Working knowledge of AWS (Cloud Practitioner or equivalent a plus) • Practical AI experience, with Claude and/or Copilot preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Public Sector experience
