Job Description: Besque is a premium body care and wellness brand, manufactured in the UK, sold into the US market and beyond. Our products are built on natural botanical ingredients and a genuine philosophy of caring for skin as it matures. We are looking for someone who can teach that philosophy with real authority and warmth.
This is a role for a true expert. Someone who understands natural skincare deeply, knows how skin changes with age, and can explain the why behind every ingredient and ritual in a way that informs, reassures, and builds trust. You will become the trusted voice our customers turn to.
The Role
As Product Educator, you will be the face and voice of Besque's product knowledge across every format. You will create content that educates our community on our ingredients, the science and tradition behind them, and how to get the most from every product. This spans on-camera video, live sessions, and social content, as well as written guides, emails, and product education materials.
You will work closely with the brand, content, and customer success teams, and report directly to leadership.
Responsibilities
Serve as the on-camera face of Besque product education across video, live sessions, and social content
Create written educational content including guides, emails, FAQs, and product narratives
Translate ingredient science and botanical tradition into clear, warm, trustworthy education for our audience
Develop content that addresses the real questions and concerns of women caring for maturing skin
Build a library of evergreen educational material that supports customers across their journey
Partner with customer success to address common questions and improve how we communicate product benefits
Work with the content and brand teams to ensure education is consistent, accurate, and on-brand
Stay current on natural skincare, botanical ingredients, and the needs of a 50+ audience
Requirements
Deep, demonstrable expertise in natural skincare - formulation knowledge, ingredient science, and how skin changes with age
A genuine understanding of and empathy for the skincare needs and concerns of women aged 50 and over
Confident and natural on camera - warm, credible, and engaging
Excellent written communication - you can make complex ingredient science feel simple and reassuring
Relevant background such as esthetician, cosmetic formulator, dermatology professional, skincare educator, or equivalent hands-on experience
Comfortable working autonomously and producing content at pace in a remote environment
Experience creating skincare or wellness content for an adult female audience is a strong advantage
