Mid-Market Account Executive

Job Description

We're hiring for an Mid-Market Account Executive role at Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG). This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to break into sales or continue building an early sales career with uncapped earning potential, hands-on training, and long-term growth opportunities.

As an AE, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new clients, building relationships, and managing the full sales cycle within the facility management industry. This is a high-activity, inside sales-focused role that offers a great foundation for someone who is competitive, motivated, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
• Heavy outbound cold calling and consistent client outreach
• Running discovery calls and identifying customer needs
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Preparing presentations, proposals, and sales solutions
• Managing your own pipeline and book of business
• Collaborating with operations and customer success teams to ensure strong service delivery
• Maintaining activity and client updates within Salesforce
