Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Job Overview: We are seeking a dependable General Laborer/Roofing Helper to assist an experienced roofing crew. This position involves supporting roofers with measuring, cutting, handling materials, and providing general job site assistance. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment. Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist roofers with daily job site tasks and project setup.
2. Measure and cut roofing materials accurately.
3. Hand tools, materials, and equipment to roofing crew members as needed.
4. Load, unload, and move materials around the job site.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
6. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
7. Perform additional general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the day.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Ability to use tape measures and basic hand tools.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Construction or roofing experience is a plus but not required.
