What You'll Be Doing

• Supervise the payroll team while ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on schedule.
• Oversee payroll compliance, tax reporting, garnishments, year-end processing, and payroll audits.
• Identify process improvements, support payroll system optimization, and provide reporting for leadership.

What We're Looking For

• At least five years of payroll experience, including experience leading or supervising others.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax reporting, garnishments, and year-end payroll processes.
• Experience working with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
