What You'll Do

As an HVAC Lead Installation Technician, you will:

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems according to company standards
• Supervise and mentor installation crew members
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading an installation crew
• Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to quality workmanship
