The Shop Hand plays a crucial support role in maintaining the smooth operation of the workshop by handling materials and performing cleaning duties. Operating primarily with general workshop equipment, this position requires reliability and the ability to work under moderate supervision during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Handle and transport materials within the workshop
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of workshop areas
- Operate general workshop equipment as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a tidy work environment
- Support other team members to ensure efficient workshop operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in manufacturing or mechanical work
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills
