MEMCO is looking for motivated Glass Installer/Glazier Helper in Buford, GA!

Schedule: M-F 8am-4pm

Pay: $15-18/hr

Job Overview:

We are seeking detail-oriented Glass Installers/Glazier Helpers for a custom glass company in the Buford area.

This position will assist experienced glaziers with the installation of custom glass products in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist glaziers with the installation of custom glass products, including shower enclosures, mirrors, railings, partitions, and other glass systems.
• Safely load, unload, move, and carry glass materials and installation equipment.
• Prepare job sites and assist with measurements, fitting, and installation tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures when handling glass and operating tools or equipment.
• Support lead glaziers with daily project needs and installation activities.
• Provide professional service while working at customer locations.
• Perform general labor duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous construction, installation, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable working under deadlines and handling job-site demands.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Steel boots required.
• A pre-employment Drug Screening is required.
