Job description
Location: Ashland VA
Pay: 1st Shift $17, $1 shift differential for working Saturday & Sunday
2nd Shift $18, $1 shift differential for working Saturday $ Sunday
Duration: 6 - 8 weeks
Shifts: 1st Shift 8am - 6pm
2nd Shift 630pm - 430am
Plant operates 7 days a week. Everyone will work 4 days on and 4 days off in a row, but it will be randomized what your 4 days are, BUT THEY WILL BE TOGETHER.
General laborers are local workers subcontracted based on the specific requirements of each project and job site location. Work teams are structured according to assigned duties within a defined timeframe. Laborers report directly to the Floor Leader and are supervised by the Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- assemble boxes,
- apply weights and labels,
- run them through conveyor systems to confirm functionality
- Clean and prepare work area.
- Good / Clean background
