2401 S. Broadway Ave., Moore, OK 73160 Silver Star Construction is hiring Asphalt Laborers/Operators to support roadway and paving projects throughout the area. We are looking for hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and contributing to quality infrastructure projects.
Primary Duties:

• Assist crews with asphalt placement on roads, highways, parking lots, and residential developments
• Rake, spread, and smooth asphalt materials.

• Support asphalt repair and patching operations using hot and cold mix products.
• Operate hand tools and selected construction equipment.
• Load, move, and organize materials throughout the jobsite.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Assist equipment operators and skilled construction personnel as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working around paving and asphalt operations.
• Ability to operate equipment such as loaders, pavers, tractors, screeds, or skid steers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to teamwork.
• Ability to accurately measure and prepare work areas.

Requirements:

• Able to stand, bend, crouch, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to wear required PPE at all times.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to adapt to changing project demands and schedules.
• Available for overtime, weekends, and night work when necessary.
