What You'll DoAs an HVAC Install Technician, you will:
- Install residential heating and air conditioning systems in customers' homes
- Lead and work alongside installation team members to ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain compliance with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety requirements
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Ensure installations are completed efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional attention to detail
- Represent the Nicholson brand with professionalism and integrity
- Earning potential of $100,000+ annually

- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- 3+ years of experience leading or running an installation crew
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong technical troubleshooting and installation skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
