What You'll DoAs an HVAC Service Technician, you'll work directly with homeowners to:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
- Perform repairs on heating and cooling equipment
- Complete preventative maintenance services
- Educate customers on system performance and recommended solutions
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every service call
- Up to $32/hour base pay
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Expect day trips to job sites, with most nights at home.
